Abstract
The Parties have agreed to cooperate on: (a) engineering eco-friendly machinery; (b) developing eco-friendly safety systems for the energy complex infrastructure, ecofriendly methods for collecting and recycling industrial and consumer waste, and eco-friendly irrigation systems and land reclamation measures. Environmental protection and eco-friendly processes shall be applied to resource management in accordance with global and regional industry development programmes.

This Agreement enters into force on the date of its signature.
Notes
This Agreement shall be valid for five years and shall be automatically extended annually unless, six months prior to the end of any such period, either Party provides the other with written notice of termination.
