Decision No. 83 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating National goals and objectives in the field of sustainable development until 2030.

In order to ensure macroeconomic stability and achieve the goals of national sustainable development, overcome the socio-economic consequences of the coronavirus pandemic and ensure the high-quality implementation of indicators provided for by the goals of national sustainable development, the Cabinet of Ministers decides: to validate National goals and objectives in the field of sustainable development until 2030 and Action Plan for the effective achievement thereof.
National goals and objectives relate to: (a) poverty reduction, in particular to halve the proportion of poor men, women and children of all ages in all forms of poverty by 2030; (b) to strengthen food security, by ending all forms of malnutrition by 2030, improving food diets, supporting sustainable agricultural development and ensuring healthy living of the population; (c) ensuring gender equality and empowering all women and ensuring access to fair justice for all; (d) ensuring equal access to water and sanitation; (e) promoting sustainable and inclusive economic growth based on expanded productive employment and decent work for men and women; (f) supporting innovation; (g) environmental sustainability of cities and towns and transition to sustainable production and consumption models; and (h) contrasting climate change, combating desertification and land erosion.
