Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 271 amending Decree No. 206 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on government order for purchase of fresh fruits, vegetables, potatoes, cucurbits crops and grapes.

Annex shall be amended to add the following wording: “Purchase of fruits and vegetables as part of the state purchase order shall be carried out on the basis of contractual agreements concluded with suppliers to the territorial fruit and vegetable fairs, including in the period of preparation for the territorial fruit and vegetable fairs, as well as during inter-fair period”.
