Decree No. 155 of the Cabinet of Ministers “On the procedure for organization and financing scientific and technical substantiation of design and survey work in water sector.”

This Regulation establishes the procedure for organization and financing scientific and technical substantiation of design and survey work in water sector, in particular in relation to irrigation and land reclamation facilities. It sets forth terms and conditions for the implementation of design and survey project in the field of water management project, in particular: (a) development of the project tasks, pre-project quality study and analysis; (b) assessment of the existing situation; (c) performance of field research work; (d) assessment of the quality of geological, hydrological and hydrogeological data study and analysis; (e) proposed solution of the identified problems; and (f) conclusion based on the results of scientific and technical observations and proposed solutions.
