Decree No. 170 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on measures to improve the system of provision of public services in the field of the use agricultural, drainage and road construction equipment.

This Regulation establishes the procedure for providing state services for state registration and re-registration of agricultural, land reclamation and road construction machinery and equipment to natural persons and legal entities. State registration and re-registration of machinery and equipment, regardless of its organizational form, is carried out by the Agro-Industrial Complex Control Inspectorate under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with this Regulation. Control of agricultural, reclamation and road construction equipment, repair and service equipment is carried out by the Inspectorate. Upon the expiration of the equipment leasing (sublease) agreement, the equipment is transferred to the state register in the name of the lessee based on the equipment leasing (sublease) agreement and the transfer-acceptance document confirming that the equipment lessor's property rights to the equipment have been transferred to the equipment lessee. Agricultural, land reclamation and road construction machinery, as well as service and repair equipment and other equipment of physical and legal entities shall be subject to mandatory annual technical inspection. Annex 1 contains technical passport issued to agriculture, land reclamation and road construction equipment and self-driving cars. Annex 2 contains the form of technical certificate of equipment. Annex 3 contains the form of state license plates of the equipment.
