Decree No. 175 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on the procedure for reimbursement of expenses of the authorized bodies related to the issuance of necessary permits and certificates for export of fruits, vegetables and textile products.

Regulation on the procedure for reimbursement of expenses of the authorized bodies related to the issuance of necessary permits and certificates for export of fruits, vegetables and textile products establishes that expenses of the competent authorities related to the issuance of permits and certificates required for the export of fruits, vegetables, textiles and products shall be reimbursed by the Export Promotion Agency under the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Expenses related to the issuance of the necessary permits and certificates issued by the competent authorities beginning from January 1, 2020 will be reimbursed. The State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan shall provide the Agency with information on fruits, vegetables, textiles and products subject to registration for export through the customs information system "Single Window".
