Decree No. 204 concerning additional arrangements for supervision over manufacturing, transportation and trade of ammonium nitrate.

The Cabinet of Ministers, for the purpose of ensuring safety, raising efficiency of supervision over manufacturing, distribution, transportation and trade of ammonium nitrate, prevention of theft thereof, and prevention of the possibility of use thereof for illegal manufacturing of explosives, decrees that supply of ammonium nitrate for export shall be carried out by enterprises manufacturing agricultural fertilizers in accordance concluded contracts and to agricultural enterprises by territorial joint-stock companies “Kishlokhzhalikkimjo” and by state joint-stock company “Uzkimjosanoat” in accordance with the concluded contracts.
