Decree No. 222 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on the Government Commission on examination of issues of changing the categories of agricultural land and forest fund land.

This Regulation defines the procedure for consideration and decision-making by the Government Commission on issues of changing the categories of agricultural land and forest fund land. Changing the category of the land fund shall be intended transfer of agricultural and forest fund lands to another category of the land fund by changing their main purpose of use thereof. The government commission shall review the proposals and conclusions of district (city) executive bodies presented by the working body within five working days and ensure that appropriate decisions are made. Decisions of the government commission are formalized in the form of a statement. 22. After the adoption of the orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and (or) the Cabinet of Ministers, the Chamber of State Cadastres of the Cadastre Agency under the Ministry of Economy and Finance shall make relevant changes to the land fund within fifteen working days in accordance with the procedure established by legislation.
