Decree No. 230 of the Cabinet of Ministers “On measures for further development of cotton-textile production.”

This Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers approves the establishment and expansion of a cluster form of organization of cotton-textile production in the regions of the country starting with the 2019 harvest of raw cotton in accordance with Annex No. 1. It establishes the procedure under which the organizers of cotton and textile production have the right to freely dispose of funds of preferential loans allocated to them within the framework of approved agro-technological maps.
