Abstract
The Cabinet of Ministers, with a view of ensuring national food security and financial recovery of greenhouse farms, organization of export-oriented and competitive continuous growing of fruits and vegetables creating more favorable conditions for rural employment and income generation, decrees to allocate to unprofitable greenhouse farms located in the Free Economic Zone “Bukhara Agro” public debt relief credit from commercial banks for the period of 10 years so that they could clear debt with the state. Credits for cultivation to greenhouse farms in the Free Economic Zone "Bukhara Agro" shall be allocated to the amount of up to 50 percent of the yield value at the rate of 14 percent per annum (2 of these percentage bank margin) for a period of 12 months with a grace period of 6 months. Experienced and qualified agronomist in the Republic, entomologist and laboratory specialists shall be stationed to greenhouse farms located in the Free Economic Zone “Bukhara Agro”.
