Decree No. 357 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on the procedure for determining fertility and gross harvest of grain crops grown by agricultural enterprises.

This Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers establishes the procedure for determining fertility and gross harvest of grain crops grown by agricultural enterprises and destined for public procurement. Public contractor for the purchase of crops and cereals from agricultural enterprises shall be "Uzdonmahsulot" joint-stock company, which shall regulate the aforesaid transactions on contractual basis. Productivity and yield assessment shall be calculated per one hectare of cultivated area. Annex 1 contains scheme of determination of productivity and gross yield.
