Decree No. 407 of the Cabinet of Ministers “On additional measures to improve healthy nutritional system of feeding in public preschool educational institutions.”

This Decree establishes the procedure for carrying out competition for the organization of healthy nutritional feeding by outsourcing, including submission of tender offers, its registration, consideration and evaluation, conclusion of the contract by the results of tender. Outsourcing for healthy nutritional feeding in public preschool education is organized on the basis of hygiene requirements (SanPiN) for the organization of healthy and safe nutrition in preschool educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Proposals of bidders shall be published on the website of the Ministry of Preschool Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the Internet website www.mdo.uz and on special information portal and shall be submitted in sealed envelopes at the address specified in the announcement of the tender in the prescribed manner. The bidder has the right to submit only one bid per lot. The bidder shall be responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of the information and documents provided. The Decree contains the list of documents requested for the participation in tender.
