Decree No. 501 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation for provision of specialized services in the field of hydrometeorology and monitoring of environmental pollution.

This Decree establishes the procedure for the provision of specialized services in the field of hydrometeorology and monitoring of environmental pollution by specialized authorized state institution Uzhydromet. Specialized services include provision of the following information and data: (a) general purpose information provided to government agencies and organizations, natural persons and legal entities and intended for general use; (b) specialized data - storage at the request of consumers, analysis, processing and presentation of the requested target hydrometeorological and environmental information on pollution; and (c) emergency (operational) data related to life and health of the population and (or) to environment and sectors of the economy, emergency hazard that could damage farm facilities in case of occurrence of hydrometeorological events, causes of their formation and immediately available information thereon.
