Decree No. 527 of the Cabinet of Ministers “On measures for organization of training and experimental farms in the field of agriculture”.

The Cabinet of Ministers decrees that agricultural land plots shall be allotted to training-experimental farms in accordance with the established procedure for the implementation of scientific-research and experimental-testing works in the field of agriculture, educational purposes, commercial agriculture and promotion of best practices and educational-experimental farms shall not have the right to lease or sublease agricultural land plots. The list of plots of agricultural land to be allotted for the establishment of experimental farms for the purpose of carrying out scientific and research works in the field of agriculture is contained in the Annex 1. Plots of agricultural land intended for agriculture are allocated to experimental farms on the basis of the lease right for a period of thirty years; planting and cultivation of agricultural crops will be carried out on the plots of land allocated to experimental farms, and scientifically based methods of monitoring the condition and development of crops will be tested; and scientifically based suggestions and recommendations on improving the monitoring system will be developed by processing the photos taken by drones equipped with spectrum cameras.
