Decree No. 596 of the Cabinet of Ministers “On measures of further support of business entities that organized domestic labour”.

This Decree establishes the procedure for payment of one-time subsidy to business entities organizing domestic labour in rural areas related to family farming covering the cost of purchase of equipment to the amount of 50 percent. Persons employed in the form of domestic labour and family farming, in particular women and elderly, shall be subject to professional training courses. Allocation of subsidies shall be based on registered employment contract concluded at least three months prior to the allocation of public subsidies by a business entity with a household for the performance of work (production of commodities, rendering of services). Annex 1 contains the form of domestic (household) labour employment contract.
