Decree No. 628 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating Provisional Regulation on the procedure for the provision of subsidies to business entities of animal husbandry sector purchasing equipment for growing animal feedstuffs by hydroponics methods.

This Decree establishes subsidies allocation procedure for the purchase of equipment for cultivation of crops, used as animal feedstuffs, by hydroponics methods. It authorizes reimbursement of 20 precent of the cost for the purchase of equipment from the national budget if the price of the equipment does not exceed 100 million soums. The payment of subsidies shall be authorized by special government commission. Hydroponics shall be intended method of growing plants in artificial soilless environment. The Decree establishes also the grounds for the refusal of applications for subsidies allocation.
