Government Resolution No. PP-341 “On additional measures for state support of the floriculture and nursery industries.”

The Government, in order to develop floriculture and nursery industry in the nursery sector, grow domestic and foreign varieties of flowers, as well as to strengthen further the export potential of agricultural commodities, decrees to apply from November 1, 2023 to January 1, 2026 a zero customs duty rate for the import of tubers, bulbs, tuberous plants roots, corms, rhizomes, including branched ones, in a state of vegetative dormancy, vegetation or flowering, other living plants (including their roots), cuttings and layering.
