Abstract
The scope of this Law is to regulate relations in the field of creation, activity, reorganization and liquidation of business partnerships. A business partnership is a commercial organization with an authorized capital divided into shares (contributions) of founders (participants), in which the founders (participants) or some of them take personal part in conducting business activities on behalf of such a partnership. A business partnership is created for an indefinite period, unless otherwise established by its constituent agreement. A business partnership can carry out any types of activities not prohibited by law. This Law establishes terms and conditions for constituting a business partnership.
