Abstract
Article 9 shall be amended to add the following wording: “State unitary enterprises and institutions, set up by decisions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan or Cabinet of Ministers shall have the right to carry out licensed activities without the issuance of the respective licence on condition that carrying out such activities are envisaged decisions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan or Cabinet of Ministers.”
