Law No. ZRU-327 “On Family Entrepreneurship”.

The scope of this Law is to regulate relations in the field of family entrepreneurship. Family entrepreneurship is an initiative activity carried out by family members in order to generate income (profit) at their own risk and under their own property responsibility. Family entrepreneurship is based on the voluntariness of its participants. Family entrepreneurship is carried out with or without the formation of a legal entity. Participants in a family enterprise can be the head of the family, his wife (husband), children and grandchildren, parents, other relatives who have reached working age (spouses of children and grandchildren, blood and half-brothers and sisters, their spouses and children, uncles and aunts). Only legally capable people can be participants in a family business. Officials of government bodies, as well as other persons who are prohibited by law from engaging in entrepreneurial activities, cannot be participants in a family enterprise. A participant in one family enterprise cannot simultaneously be a participant in another family enterprise. A family enterprise is represented by its head in relations with legal entities and natural persons. A family business is created by its members. A family enterprise is created for an indefinite period, unless otherwise provided by its constituent contract. The founding document of a family business is the contract of association, concluded by all its participants. The conditions for personal labor by participants in a family enterprise are determined by agreement between them. This Law contains 7 Sections divided into 35 Articles. Section 1 lays down general provisions. Section 2 establishes the procedure for constitution and state registration of a family enterprise. Section 3 establishes rights and obligations of a family enterprise and its members. Section 4 regards the activity of a family enterprise. Section 5 regards labor in a family enterprise, social protection of participants and employees of a family enterprise. Section 6 establishes guarantees of the freedom of activity of a family enterprise. Section 7 lays down general provisions.
