Abstract
The scope of this Law is to regulate relations in the field of protection of private property and guarantees of the rights of owners. The right of private property is the right of a person to own, use and dispose of property acquired by him/her in accordance with the acting legislation. The amount and value of privately owned property is not limited. Private property is inviolable and protected by the state. The right to private property is unlimited. Setting the owner a period of possession, use and disposal of property is not permitted. The state provides owners with equal conditions for the protection of private property. Trespassing on private property is not permitted. Illegal interference by state and other bodies, self-government bodies of citizens and their officials in the exercise of private property rights is not permitted. This Law contains 4 Sections divided into 29 Articles. Section 1 lays down general provisions. Section 2 regards protection of private property. Section 3 establishes the guarantees of ownership rights. Section 4 lays down conclusive provisions.
