Abstract
Article 43 of the Law No.545-I of 1997 On the protection and usage of the animal world shall be amended to add the following wording: “List of wild fauna species prohibited from keeping by natural persons in semi-free conditions, artificially created habitat or in captivity, as well as the procedure for keeping by legal persons of wild fauna species included in this list are determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan”.
