Order No. 51 of State Patent Authority validating the Regulation on the registration of trademarks and service marks.

This Order establishes the modalities for completing, submitting and examining applications for the registration of trademarks and service marks. Applicants shall submit the following documents to the State Patent Authority: (a) application; (b) description of requested trademark or service mark; and (c) list of products and/or services for which the trademark or service mark has been requested. The application must contain the receipt for payment of the registration fee.
