Presidential Decree No. UP-199 “On measures to ensure environmental sustainability by further increasing the level of greening in the country and the consistent implementation of the nationwide project “Green space”.

This Presidential Decree establishes that at least 50 percent of the funds allocated annually from the state budget shall be used to finance projects "My Garden” to create "green gardens" and "green public parks" based on public opinion through information portal "Open Budget". Wherein based on population initiatives, shall be promoted the creation of “green gardens" and "green public parks". Funds allocated annually from the State budget, are sent according to the scheme in accordance with Appendix No. 1 through Investment program for targeted landscaping to create: (a) arboretums, dendrological and botanical gardens in each region; (b) “green belts” around cities and regions; (c) large gardens with an area of at least 5 hectares; and (d) "green shields" to reduce the impact of transboundary dry winds and dust-sand storms.
