Presidential Decree No. UP-6027 “On measures for further improvement of the efficiency of the use of land resources and objects of public property.

The President, with a view of rational use of land plots, particularly those destined for healthcare and recreation, and improvement of the efficiency of the management of state sites pertaining to public ownership in tourist areas, decrees as follows: (a) to abolish, beginning from 1 November 2020 preferential terms for land tax applicable to land plots under healthcare and recreational facilities; and (b) to apply, beginning from 1 November 2020, increased land tax to unused land plots pertaining to the aforesaid categories.
