Presidential Decree No. UP-6029 “On additional measures to support the population, businesses, catering, trade and services to reduce the negative impact of the coronavirus pandemic.”

The President, with a view of providing additional support to the population and businesses, especially in the fields of catering, trade and services, during the coronavirus pandemic, to maintain their income, to accelerate their recovery as the sanitary and epidemiological situation improves and to save jobs, decrees that from 1 July to 31 December 2020 shall be exempt from tax on turnover public catering companies, from 1 April to 31 December 2020 public catering companies shall be exempt from paying fee for the right to retail trade of liquors and public catering companies shall be authorized to sell liquors with delivery to the customers.
