The President, with a view of efficient use of land and water resources through of widespread introduction of advanced digital technologies in agriculture, as well as the introduction of interdepartmental information crop condition monitoring systems, decrees to establish the procedure from September 1, 2023, according to which to the Unified Integration Platform Digital Agriculture information system is implemented Agroplatform for digitalization processes for allocating preferential credits for growing cotton, cereal grains, vegetables and fruits, as well as the provision of services to producers of agricultural commodities according to the principle of transparency. At the same time, shall be introduced a unified register of product manufacturers, an electronic certificate and assigned an identification number to each land user, until March 15 of each calendar year product manufacturers' data shall be updated; manufacturers' proposals for placement of crops for harvest on an electronic map shall be subject to approval. Starting from the 2024 harvest financing costs for the cultivation of agricultural commodities shall be made at the expense of funds from the State Support Fund for Agriculture under the Ministry of Economy and Finance at the request of commercial banks, generated in electronic form using the information system Agroplatform.
