Presidential Decree No. PP-3283 "On measures to implement the project "Development of the livestock sector in the Republic of Uzbekistan" with the participation of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International Development Association".

The President, in order to promote deepening economic reforms in agriculture, introduce advanced technologies in the sphere of animal production and processing of livestock products, sustainable improvement of productivity and consolidation of technical basis of farms and agricultural organizations, and further extension of cooperation with the World Bank, decrees as follows: (a) to nominate the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Management responsible authority for implementation of the project "Development of the livestock sector in the Republic of Uzbekistan"; and (b) to validate economic and technical substantiation of the aforesaid project in accordance with the Annex 1.
