Presidential Decree No. PP-413 “On additional measures to increase the efficiency of greenhouse farms”.

The President decrees to introduce a new mechanism for growing products in greenhouses and sending finished products to domestic and foreign markets, according to which the Horticulture and Greenhouse Development Agency: (a) takes measures to supply greenhouse farms with seeds, seedlings, mineral fertilizers and other material resources and purchase grown products from them; (b) recommends to greenhouse farms experienced and qualified agronomists, entomologists and laboratory specialists operating in the republic on a contractual basis; (c) assists in the creation of special nurseries for the cultivation of certified and guaranteed seeds and seedlings; (d) assists in the establishment of cooperation activities, sorting, processing, storage, packaging and export of grown products on the basis of interaction with greenhouse farms; and (e) together with the Agency for Plant Protection and Quarantine appoints territorial inspectors and provides services for the organization of plant protection on the basis of an agreement.
