Presidential Decree No. PP-4193 “On measures for further comprehensive development of the national system of provision of public services.”

This Presidential Decree establishes the list of public services subject to optimization related to the following fields: (a) provision of the population and business entities with the opportunity to verify existence of use restrictions on their real estate; (b) introduction of registration of data on compliance of edifices and constructions with sanitary and fire safety requirements; (c) improvement of the functioning of state bodies dealing with commodities requiring compliance certificate; and (d) submission of proposals for the implementation of services for the issuance of licenses for the right to use a subsoil plot and other public services in the field of subsoil management through public service centers.
