Presidential Decree No. PP-4194 “On measures for further development of horse breeding and equestrian sports in the Republic of Uzbekistan”.

This Presidential Decree, with a view of further development of horse breeding and equestrian sports, active involvement of young people in sports and promotion of a healthy lifestyle in society, as well as ensuring high sports achievements in national and international equestrian championships, sets up Innovative Selection and Genetic Center on the reproduction and breeding of horses of the Karabayr breed under the Uzbekistan Federation of Horse Breeding and Equestrian Sport, assigning thereto the status of with legal entity. The aforesaid Center shall have laboratory with the task of determination of blood type of horses and creation of database.
