Presidential Decree No. PP-4254 “On organization of activity of the State Committee of Veterinary Medicine and development of animal husbandry of the Republic of Uzbekistan.”

This Presidential Decree validates organizational structure of the State Committee of Veterinary Medicine and development of animal husbandry of the Republic of Uzbekistan, authorizes employment as consultants highly qualified specialists of state bodies and other organizations, scientific and educational institutions, as well as international organizations and qualified foreign specialists and fix their salaries and other payments in foreign currency. State Committee of Veterinary Medicine, in cooperation with the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economy and Industry and the Ministry of Justice, shall establish the procedure for issuing subsidies for trade of pedigree stock raised in breeding farms and imported by the Agency and its territorial subdivisions and sold to agricultural enterprises and the procedure for insuring livestock in households and livestock breeding enterprises.
