Abstract
The President, with a view of simplifying the mechanism for issuing credits under development programs related to family entrepreneurship, increased employment, expansion of sources of income and support for labor activity of the population, decrees as follows: (a) preferential credits at a rate of 14 percent per annum are allocated to: to the population and business entities who have expressed desire to start a family business, a certain work activities aimed at generating income, and expand the type of activity - for a period of up to three years, including preferential period from three to six months; (b) for livestock (cattle, sheep, goats), fishfarming and poultry farming (egg production) - for a period of up to three years, including a grace period of up to one year; (c) for organizing gardening, viticulture and lemon growing, purchases of greenhouses, agricultural machinery and equipment - for a period of up to 7 years, including a grace period of up to three years; and (d) priority credits are allocated for the development of livestock farming for the creation of mini breeding farms from 10 to 50 heads of breeding stock (cattle, sheep, goats), imported from abroad.
