Resolution No. 143 of the Cabinet of Ministers “On measures to improve dog breeding.”

The Cabinet of Ministers, in order to ensure state interests in the field of dog breeding, decides to recognize the Cynological Federation of the Republic of Uzbekistan as the parent organization in dog breeding. Cynological Federation of the Republic of Uzbekistan shall be granted the exclusive right to maintain unified herd books for dog breeds, issue pedigrees of a single sample, approve standards for domestic dog breeds, establish rules for breeding, examination and training of dogs, carry out canine control when exporting dogs abroad, certification of dog experts.
