Resolution No. 183 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on the procedure for implementing state land cadastre control and the Regulation on the procedure for implementing state geodetic control.

Regulation on the procedure for implementing state land cadastre control shall be intended a set of actions carried out by authorized bodies in order to monitor compliance by legal entities and natural persons, government bodies, local government with the requirements of the legislation on state cadastre. State land cadastre control is carried out throughout the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan. State land control is carried out by local government bodies, as well as by specially authorized state bodies in accordance with the scheme contained in Annex 1. The Cadastre Agency is a specially authorized state body for the implementation of state cadastre control. The Cadastre Agency under the State Tax Committee determines cases of lack of registration of rights to all types of land plots, regardless of the category of land, unauthorized seizure of land plots and unauthorized construction of buildings on them, arbitrary determination of the boundaries of a land plot, takes measures to prevent changes, exercises state control over the intended use of a land plot. Regulation on the procedure for implementing state geodetic control establishes that state geodetic control shall be intended a set of actions carried out by authorized bodies in order to monitor compliance by subjects of geodesy and cartography with the requirements of legislation in the field of geodesy and cartography. The main tasks of a specially authorized state body in the field of implementation of state geodetic control are: (a) ensuring compliance by subjects of geodesy and cartography with the requirements of legislation on geodesy and cartography, rules for the use of materials (data) related to geodesy and cartography; (b) organization of work on geodesy and cartography, registration and accounting of geodetic points; and (c) control over the activities of the state cartographic and geodetic fund.
