Resolution No. 239 of the Cabinet of Ministers “On additional measures to improve the operation of markets and create the necessary conditions for vending of agricultural commodities.”

This Resolution prohibits any restrictions on the import and sale in the prescribed manner on dekhkan markets of agricultural commodities by direct producers. Market officials who interfere with the free import and sale by producers bear liability in accordance with the law, including criminal liability. The Government determines that the export of agricultural products by natural persons outside the country is carried out upon presentation to the customs authorities of the passport of the person exporting the products, a cargo customs declaration and a phytosanitary certificate.
