Resolution No. 251 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on the procedure for professional development of natural persons and employees of legal entities operating in the field of plant protection in the private sector, and issuance of certificates thereto.

Regulation on the procedure for professional development of natural persons and employees of legal entities operating in the field of plant protection in the private sector, and issuance of certificates thereto shall be applicable to the staff of business enterprises operation in the field of plant protection and, in particular plant cultivating clusters, farmers and household farms, plant testing laboratories, biolaboratories, import-oriented enterprises, wholesale and retail trade of plant products. Certificate of vocational preparation and professional training shall be issued to the participants of the professional training courses after successfully passing the exam. The Regulation contains the form of certificate.
