Resolution No. 275 validating the Regulation on registration and control of manufacturing, bottling, storage and wholesale trade of alcohol and liquors.

This Resolution establishes that enterprises producing food alcohol and alcoholic products operate if they have license issued by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and identification number (assigned by territorial bodies of the state tax service) for alcoholic products marked with excise stamps and a mark of conformity. The loss of alcohol and raw alcohol is determined by inventory. The right to produce liquors is granted to enterprises of all forms of ownership that are registered in the prescribed manner and have a license issued by the Cabinet of Ministers for the type of product produced and the necessary conditions for its production. The production of liquors is carried out at enterprises in accordance with their specialization and on the basis of standards, as well as regulatory documentation. The quality and quantity of consumed raw materials and ingredients are recorded in special journals and primary accounting forms.
