Resolution No. 369 of the Cabinet of Ministers “On measures to organize testing of selection achievements.”

This Resolution establishes that State Commission for Variety Testing of Agricultural Crops of the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources shall be the competent state institution regarding new plant varieties; Main State Inspectorate for Livestock Breeding of the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources of the Republic of Uzbekistan shall be the competent state institution regarding new breeds of animals. It validates the List of state variety testing stations and state variety testing sites where tests of the declared selection achievement in terms of new plant varieties are carried out, according to the Appendix. It also establishes that tests of the declared selection achievement in terms of new breeds of animals are carried out by the Main State Inspectorate for Livestock Breeding of the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources in organizations-subjects of livestock breeding in which new breeds of animals have been created.
