Abstract
The Cabinet of Ministers, in order to prevent the outbreak of infectious diseases found in farm animals among the population, to ensure strict compliance with veterinary and sanitary rules for organizing livestock slaughter, procurement and sale of meat, milk and dairy products, decrees as follows: (a) to ensure the organization of livestock slaughter for citizens and farmers in specialized slaughter enterprises or workshops that fully meet all sanitary requirements, and also have special permission for this; (b) to tighten control over the transfer of meat to enterprises and other organizations only after a veterinary and sanitary examination, followed by affixing a special stamp on the carcass; (c) it is mandatory to carry out heat treatment of milk obtained on farms, milked by farmers, as well as citizens, at dairies or milk collection points; and (d) to ensure the delivery of milk to trading enterprises, special consumers and other organizations with a certificate of its quality.
