Resolution No. 392 of the Cabinet of Ministers “On state support of the provision of agricultural sector with agricultural equipment.”

The Cabinet of Ministers, in order to attract direct investment in agriculture, development of agricultural land, reserve lands, reclaimed and put into operation and short-term cultivation and mechanization of cotton harvesting, the Cabinet of Ministers resolves: (a) Textile Technologies Group LLC for the manufacturing of agricultural commodities in 2020 at the expense of cluster more than 1,000 high-yield agricultural machinery worth $ 54 million, including 66 cotton picking machines from the cluster, as well as from foreign credit lines be accepted for purchase information. (b) Textile Technologies Group LLC in Akaltin and Sardoba districts of Syrdarya region and Bekabad, Boka and Chinoz districts of Tashkent region and through UzKeysagrolizing LLC (according to the tripartite agreement between Case New Holland Industrial Company, UzKeysagrolizing JV LLC and Textile Technologies Group LLC) shall perform import of agricultural machinery and spare parts in accordance with the list in the Annex. Exemption from customs duties (except for customs clearance fees) for the aforesaid operations shall be postponed until December 31, 2021.
