Abstract
The procedure for distribution and use of fund income for payments for agricultural commodities purchased for state needs regulates the distribution and use of income (profit) of the Fund for payments for agricultural commodities purchased for state needs under the Ministry of Finance and applies only to income (profit) received in the accounts of the Fund for targeted funds allocated to finance production and final payments for agricultural commodities purchased for government needs. The Fund's income (profit) is generated from proceeds from the Fund's financial agent (JSCB Agrobank) in the form of monthly commission payments on targeted funds allocated thereto by the Fund in accordance with the Regulations on the Fund and other regulations to finance production and final payments for raw cotton, grains and rough rice. The Fund provides monthly accrual, accounting and control over the actual receipt of commissions, separately for each agricultural crop and time period financed by the Fund.
