Resolution No. 566 of the Cabinet of Ministers “On additional measures to further improve the procedure for compensation of the costs of purchase of land for persons with disabilities.”

This Resolution establishes that for the provision of public services through Public Service Centers and (or) the Unified interactive portal of public services of the Republic of Uzbekistan to persons registered in the information system “Unified Register of Social Protection”, as well as persons with disabilities, Groups I and II, state duties, fees and other mandatory payments provided for by law, a 50% discount on any payments has been introduced. National Social Protection Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan by June 1, 2024: (a) shall ensure the allocation of a one-time payment through the National Insurance Fund in accordance with the regulations on the procedure for covering the expenses of a person with disabilities and a family that includes a person with disabilities in connection with the acquisition land plot through an electronic online auction; (b) shall establish constant control through the State Agency over compliance by state bodies and other organizations with provisions on the procedure for covering the expenses of a person with disabilities and a family including a person with disabilities in connection with the acquisition of a plot of land through an online electronic auction; and (c) shall provide one-time financial assistance to a person with disabilities who purchased a plot of land through an electronic Internet auction, and to a family in which there is a person with disabilities. Electronic online auction shall be intended an information system that provides access (participation) in such an auction to a person of a preferential category who wishes to enter, store, and process the necessary information for organizing and conducting the auction for the purchase of land. To receive a one-time payment, the applicant applies to groups of social workers of the Inson social service centers in person or through the Unified portal of interactive government services of the Republic of Uzbekistan. A lump sum payment is paid once as financial assistance to each person in a preferential category.
