Resolution No. 567 of the Cabinet of Ministers “On additional measures to support greenhouse farms and enterprises exporting fruits and vegetables.”

The Cabinet of Ministers, in order to ensure food security and price stability in domestic markets, increase production volumes by greenhouse farms, stimulate the transition of greenhouses to alternative energy sources, as well as support local exporters and increase their export potential, decrees as follows: (a) greenhouse natural gas metering devices shall be connected to an automated natural gas control and metering system and data on natural gas consumption shall be transmitted online; (b) must be ensured repayment of the greenhouse enterprise's receivables arising for natural gas and prepayment of the specified fee for natural gas; (c) in case of emergencies in the gas supply system to the population, the presence of a sufficient amount of reserve fuel in the greenhouse must be guaranteed; (d) the obligation of the greenhouse is to fully account for the supplied fuel, used exclusively for the production of agricultural commodities and export thereof to domestic and foreign markets; and (e) commercial banks shall allocated credits to greenhouse farms for working capital for the purchase of fuel for a period of 1 year with a grace period of 6 months.
