Abstract
In Decree No. 290 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on use of wild flora species and issuance of permits shall be changed calculation of damages caused to wild fauna and, in particular to rare and endangered species. The list of wild fauna species, including fishes, inserted in the national Red Book of rare and endangered species shall be expanded.
