Abstract
The Cabinet of Ministers, in order to regulate the activities of horticultural and viticulture enterprises, eliminating problems arising in their activities, as well as organizing state registration of rights to buildings and structures located on a land plot allocated for collective horticulture and viticulture, decrees as follows: (a) starting from June 1, 2021, the state exercises state registration of bodies and organizations, associations of legal entities, horticulture and viticulture enterprises, publishing, production and agricultural cooperatives and lawyer structures by public service centers; (b) Decree No. 51 of the Council of Ministers validating the Regulation on gardening and viticultural associations shall be amended to add the following wording: “gardening and viticulture associations shall be registered by public service centers in the prescribed manner; land plots transferred to the members of associations before August 1, 2021 will be owned on a lifelong property basis for collective gardening and viticulture.”
