Abstract
The Cabinet of Ministers decrees to introduce from October 1, 2018 payment of monthly cash compensation to cover additional costs of purchasing flour and tin bread in the amount of 10 percent from the minimum wage paid based on: (a) each recipient of age benefits, disability benefits, benefits and survivor's pensions (for each dependent), benefits to persons with disabilities since childhood over 16 years old, benefits for children with disabilities, benefits for children with disabilities under the age of 16, as well as pensions and benefits in an amount below the established old-age pension; and (b) every family receiving child care benefits until reaching two years of age, a low-income family receiving financial support assistance through self-government bodies of citizens. As necessary, release from the state grain reserve for sale to consumers in order to prevent sudden fluctuations in prices for grain and flour on the market.
