Resolution No. 76 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation for the provision of information on the safety status of nuclear energy facilities and (or) storage points to the state security regulatory authorities.

This Regulations determines the procedure for providing information on the safety status of nuclear facilities and (or) storage points to the state security regulatory authorities. Nuclear facilities shall be intended nuclear installations, storage points, nuclear materials, radiation sources, radioactive substances, nuclear fuel, heat separation assemblies of nuclear reactors, spent nuclear fuel, radioactive waste. Authorized body in the field of nuclear energy shall be State Committee for Industrial Safety of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Storage points shall be intended stationary facilities and structures that are not part of nuclear energy facilities and are intended for the storage of nuclear materials and radioactive substances, storage or disposal of radioactive waste. Annual information on the safety status of nuclear energy facilities and (or) storage points shall be submitted by the 10th day of the month following the reporting year. Information on the state of radiation safety in sanitary protection and control zones and the impact on the environment will be provided quarterly until the 10th of the next month. State safety regulatory authorities have the right to request and receive information and documents related to the safety state of a nuclear installation and (or) storage point at the stages of commissioning, operation and decommissioning of a nuclear installation and (or) storage point in a period other than reporting month.
