Resolution No. 766 of the Cabinet of Ministers amending some legislative acts.

Decree No. 206 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on government order for purchase of fresh fruits, vegetables, potatoes, cucurbits crops and grapes shall be amended to add the following wording: “The Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan and JSC Specialized Foreign Trade Company Uzagroexport prepare the balance of the state order for the purchase and use of fresh fruits and vegetables, potatoes, potato-based products and grapes within a week from the expiry date of the state order”. Governmental Decree No. 571 validating the Regulation on the Ministry of Agriculture shall be amended to add the following wording: “The Ministry of Agriculture shall be responsible for creating conditions for mutually beneficial relations between enterprises growing (producing) fruits and vegetables, meat, milk and other agricultural commodities, and enterprises processing, procuring and selling these products, implementation of measures to develop the country's food industry, development of forecasts for the balance of demand and supply of foodstuffs, as well as measures for a reliable and uninterrupted supply of socially significant types of foodstuffs to the population”.
