Resolution No. 80 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on the procedure for licensing of certain activities through a special electronic system.

This Regulation lists activities subject to mandatory licensing, including commodity exchange activities, activities related to the development, production, transportation, storage and sale of explosives and toxic substances, materials and products using them, as well as explosive means, activities in the field of circulation of ionizing radiation sources and license for the production, repair and sale of civilian and service weapons and ammunition. It is prohibited to engage in activities that require a license without obtaining a license. Licensing shall be intended a set of procedures related to the process of filing, accepting and considering an application for a license, issuing, extending the term, suspending, renewing and terminating a license, as well as canceling and re-issuing a license. Information system "License" shall be intended a special electronic system with the possibility of interdepartmental electronic interaction, covering all processes related to licensing, authorization and notification procedures. The license is issued for an unlimited period, except for cases established by the Law No. ZRU-701 “On licensing, authorization and notification procedures”. The application, based on the licensed type of activity, reflects the following: (a) for an applicant who is a legal entity - taxpayer identification number (TIN), last name, first name and patronymic of the director, telephone number, email address (if available); (b) for an applicant who is a natural person - last name, first name and patronymic, details of an personal identity document, or personal identification number of an physical person(PINPP), telephone number, email address (if available); (c) the type of licensed activity or subtype of this activity that the applicant intends to carry out; (d) address of the place of performed activity; and (e) other specified information.
